Development of a set of bungalows for temporary accommodation on a plot of 900 m² on the south coast of Bahía (Ilhéus). Project carried out during the Praxis Empresa Jr. Scholarship Program (UNIFACS), simulating a real situation with briefing, client, deadlines and technical deliverables.

— Bungalow typologies (1 and 2 bedrooms, with ensuite, balcony and cross ventilation)
— Technical drawings (location, site plan, roof plan, floor plans, floor layout, sections, elevations)

— Complete project management and documentation on the Pipefy platform
— Coordination of the Architecture team, meetings with simulated clients and advisors
